Transport Funding

Satrosphere Science Centre has unveiled a special fund, aimed at helping community groups visit the centre by paying for their transport.

The initiative is designed to help people of all ages from economically disadvantaged communities or geographically remote areas. The fund has been set up to help organised community groups such as Scouts, Brownies, Women’s Institutes and out-of-school play groups by covering the cost of coach or mini-bus hire to the centre.

Please note, this funding is for organised groups only, a separate transport fund is available for schools and anyone interested in applying for this fund for their school group should contact us on 01224 640340.
