Wallace and Gromit Workshops for Schools

To complement the exhibition there will be curriculum linked workshops available for schools.

For P1-4 we have ‘Sounds Like Fun' – Come along and learn a little about what happens behind the scenes of an animated film like Wallace and Gromit and have a go at adding your own sound effects to our story!

For P5-S2 we are offering our ‘Ingenious Inventions’ workshop. This cross curricular workshop will allow pupils to work together to create an invention to help the Satrosphere team!

We will also be offering a show on the history and background of stop-motion animation that will run at weekends but will also be on offer to schools.

And of course for all those little scientists out there we will be holding Wallace and Gromit Little Scientist Days.

We also have funding available, courtesy of Shell, that will allow schools to visit the centre to see Wallace and Gromit for FREE! This is available to schools in Aberdeen city, shire and beyond! Just ask for more details when you call to make your booking.
