Prosthetics and Life Casting Workshop

Saturday 21st August 1pm-5pm

Hollywood special effects artist Tom Lauten, whose credits include Chronicles of Narnia, King Kong and A Nightmare on Elm Street IV, offers a rare insight into special effects make up and the materials and techniques used to give life to films most memorable characters and creatures. This informal gathering will include demonstrations of life casting and make up application with ample opportunity to ask plenty of questions about this unique art form. 

The workshop, which takes place at 2pm is expected to be extremely popular and spaces are limited. Tickets for the workshop are £20 per person and are available to purchase in advance from Satrosphere. Access to the exhibition, the workshop and refreshments are included in the ticket price. This workshop is suitable for visitors of 16+ years.
